Make sure to pay your Arcott Place 2025 Annual Assessments on time, starting January 1st, to avoid late fees! The annual assessments are $150 and must be paid by January 30th. You can submit your payment online, but keep in mind there is a $5 transaction fee for online payments. Arcott Place HOA is committed to maintaining the quality and value of our community, and timely payments ensure we can continue to provide top-notch services. If you choose to mail your payment, be sure it is postmarked on or before the due date. Any payments received after January 30th will be subject to a $50 late fee in addition to the $5 transaction fee. An additional $25 fee will be added for each month past due, starting February 28th.
